First of all, your comments make me HOWL! Thank you for taking the time to write. I'm feeling the same things you are!
This is the one-week mark!!! Woohoo!! Congratulate yourself on an awesome week- the first one is always the hardest. As your body adapts to change, it will get easier.
It sounds like you're all pretty pooped right now, so roll out before your workouts, do some self-massage, take a bath, and stretch. I promise it helps! However, if your body is telling you that it needs a break, please listen. Take one day to rest, and then jump back on the train the next day and do 2 exercises in one. You always have the option to modify or reduce reps ;)
If you'd like to join me through Zoom tomorrow morning at 9am MST/11am EST, I'm going to do a 30 minute roll out and stretch session- just for you lovely humans! It will be a nice way to meet each other too :)
