This class is all about yoking longer-held postures (asana) and breath (pranayama). Slow down your practice, focus inward, and discover something new about how breath fuels your body. This class is suitable for all levels, but it can be a strong class. The theme for October: EMPOWERMENT! The theme for November: GROUNDING! The theme for December: JOY/CELEBRATION!
