It can be a challenge to keep active in the winter, but fear not! Join me every Saturday from October 8th to December 17th for 30 minutes of cardio! You can expect a full-body workout that keeps you moving at a consistent pace for the entire 30 minutes. We'll utilize light weights and perform many body weight exercises. Why do we make movement a habit? Because the long-term benefits of exercise can have profound effects on your body: - Increased blood volume and blood flow - decreased blood pressure and resting heart rate - faster neurological response times - balanced hormones - stronger muscles - improved joint connective tissue health - prevent bones from weakening As your coach, I will strive to offer you a well-balanced exercise program that is enjoyable and effective. This program is intended for beginner/intermediate movers and will be effective for anyone with a set of weights. Light weights, heavy weights, soup cans, paint cans, you name it, we'll make it happen! Get moving with me and let's GET SWEATY!
