As well as offering daily yoga classes, I am happy to offer small-group, semi-private, and private classes to suit your needs.

Yoking postures (asana) with breath (pranayama).
This class is intended for those who have (or are recovering from) injury, high blood pressure, anxiety, or anyone who benefits from slowing down. Enjoy a fully supported, pain-free practice, with 5-6 long-held postures.

I'm happy to offer you a free consultation where will have an in-depth discussion about what you want and need, things that are getting in your way, and conduct some basic assessments to see how your body moves naturally.
