ABOUT ME

As a Certified Personal Trainer and Yoga Instructor, my mission is to bring you training that is mindful, accessible, and enjoyable. 

I am fascinated by the uniqueness of each and every client. Everyone's needs are different. Every body is different. My great joy is helping you to discover the power and vibrancy you hold within yourself through personalized programming, one-on-one training, intentional yoga practices, and creating a strong mind-body connection.
My Yoga classes are known to be dynamic, well balanced, and breath-focused, while my Fitness Training is known for being fun, energetic, and challenging. After all, being healthy is a lifelong journey that should be enjoyed!
I have a true passion for the arts, creativity, connecting with people, following my dreams, achieving my goals, and helping others do the same.
