Done! Started with my 10lb weights for 20, then went down to my 8lbs for 10, then 5lbs, for the rest although I am pretty sure those 5 pounds were masquerading as a 1,000lbs. Did them this morning and currently am unable to move my arms or take a deep breath. I'm sure this is nothing to worry about.....
